Are the icons handmade?
Each reproduction is prepared and finished by hand in our UK workshop using professional equipment and carefully selected materials.
How long will my order take?
The usual production time before dispatch is 5–10 working days. Checkout and your order confirmation provide delivery information separately.
What sizes are available?
Most icons are available in small (10 × 7.5 cm), medium (15 × 11.5 cm) and large (20 × 15 cm). The product page shows the exact dimensions for each option.
Do you use AI-generated images?
No. UKOrthodoxCrafts does not use generative AI to create sacred imagery.
Can I send an icon as a gift?
Yes. You may enter the recipient’s delivery address during checkout, or purchase a digital gift card.
Will I pay import charges?
Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged local import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling fees on arrival.
